Cancellation/No Show Policy
We greatly value our clients and we hope that our clients value us. With that being said, Outlaw's has a cancellation/no show policy. We must be informed of any cancellations either by phone call, text, or email at least 5 hours before your appointment. We understand that sometimes things in life happen, and of course, certain circumstances will be taken into account. There are a couple of things that may happen if you make it a habit of not contacting us at least 5 hours before your appointment:

1st Time: You may be charged extra at the time of your next service, at least 20% of the missed appointment.

2nd Time: You will be charged 50% of the missed appointment on top of the full price of your current appointment.

3rd Time: We will not be able to make appointments for you any longer. 

For no shows, if you wish to make a new appointment you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment on top of the full price of your current appointment. 2 no shows in a row will result in us being unable to make appointments for you. 

Please understand that our time is just as valuable as yours is and that is why this policy is in place. Please have the courtesy to contact us in one way or another if you are unable to make it to your appointment. Again, we understand that certain circumstances come up in life that are unavoidable and for those circumstances we will gladly make exceptions. If last minute circumstances happen to pop up please contact us as soon as you can to let us know you won't be able to make it. 

Sanitation Policy

We promise to keep the salon clean and comfortable for you. All bathrooms will be clean, all implements will be clean and sanitized, and all pedicure bowls will be sparklingly clean long before you put your feet in them. Pedicure bowls are cleaned before and after each client. We use EPA approved cleaning products that are also eco-friendly. Your pedicure bowl will be sprayed down with the EPA approved cleaning product before being filled with water. After your relaxing pedicure the bowls are emptied, cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and then cleaned with the EPA approved cleaning product again. You are welcome to stay and watch clean up after your service is over. 

All metal implements will be cleaned with the EPA approved cleaning product, then put in the autoclave. After they have finished their run in the autoclave they will be sealed in plastic baggies to be used on a new client. Metal implements include metal cuticle pushers, fingernail and toenail clippers, and cuticle nippers. All other products such as the nail file used and orange wood stick used will either be given to you for use at home or thrown out. Foot files will be thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial soap, then soaked in EPA approved disinfectant for 15 minutes to ensure they are completely clean. The manicure table will be thoroughly cleaned with EPA approved cleaning products before and after each use and all chairs will be cleaned with EPA approved cleaning products at the same time. 

Your safety is our first priority and it is our promise to you that we will stay up to date on all Texas sanitation policies and guidelines and we will strictly adhere to them. All towels are cleaned in bleach.
